Repository Fringe is a gathering for repository managers and others interested in research data repositories and publication repositories. I collected an archive of #rfringe17, containing 1118 Tweet IDs. I then analysed the text in the tweets with Voyant Tools to identify most frequent terms and manually refined the results to 230 terms.

It is a question of the sky. That moment in the morning when grey gives in to the brightness of blue and white and green and red, and the birds sing hosannah! allelujah! hail the coming of the light! Rejoicing is a question of letting yourself go. Accept the movement and the flowing of all things, from light to darkness, and after infinite periods of boredom, sadness or stress, back to light again; it is really a question of looking out.

esterday we had the first day of the Promoting Discoverability of African Scholarship workshop in Nariboi, Keyna, organised by the OpenUCT Initiative in collaboration with the Carnegie Corporation of New York. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet colleagues from different countries (Kenya, Senegal, Ghana, South Africa, USA…) doing incredibly exciting research and scholarly communications work.
