The Internet Rights and Principles Coalition of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is organizing the wiki-based revision of the Internet Rights Charter, originally drafted by the Association for Progressive Communications. The charter supports OA for publicly-funded research as a right. Also see our post on the charter's last revision in November 2006.
