I just moved my list of OA journal funds to the Open Access Directory (OAD) for community editing. Richard Poynder posted a version of it last week and called for help in completing it. I join the call, and hope that readers with new or better information can improve the list.

The Journal of Young Pharmacists is a new peer-reviewed OA journal published by the InPharm Association and Medknow. (Thanks to Vikas Anand.) There are no article-processing charges. The inaugural issue is now available. Reuse for "reasonable non-commercial purpose" is permitted with attribution.
