Vittorio Klostermann, Die große Allianz gegen das Buch, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung , January 8, 2009 (accessible only to subscribers).  Klostermann, who founded the German publishing house, Vittorio Klostermann Verlag, objects to the new Allianz der deutschen Wissenschaftsorganisationen (Alliance of German Science Organizations) and its plans for OA in Germany.
