Yale University's Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library has posted nearly 500 images on Flickr, digitized from its collections. See e.g. the Paleographical Commons set. The project, however, is not a participant in Flickr Commons, and the images are tagged as "all rights reserved". See also the blog post from the library. See also our recent post on Flickr Commons.
