Open Jurist is an apparently new site providing OA to published U.S. court decisions.

The Open Access to Knowledge (OAK) Law project (OAK Law) at Queensland University of Technology has released a Draft Sample Publishing Agreement.  It welcomes comments on the draft. The agreement, designed to be construed under Australian law, grants the publisher the exclusive right of first publication and otherwise grants only non-exclusive rights. PS:
