Ethics & Global Politics, an OA journal by Co-Action Publishing, has received grant funding from the Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research and the Swedish Research Council. The grants will cover article-processing charges for 2009.

Hindawi has announced the first members of its institutional membership program, announced in August of this year. Authors from member institutions won't pay any article processing charges for Hindawi's OA journals.
