Autism Speaks (AS) has adopted an OA mandate for AS-funded research.  From today’s announcement: Comment. Kudos to AS.  This is not just another funder mandate.  AS is primarily a non-profit advocacy organization, not a foundation, but it uses some of the money it raises to fund research on autism.

The Office of Technology Assessment Archive, launched in June 2008 by the Federation of American Scientists, contains all the formally issued reports of the U.S. Office of Technology Assessment, as well as many background papers and contractor papers. The reports cover various scientific and technical policy issues considered by the U.S. Congress from 1972 to 1995.
