PaperC is a new platform for OA books.  (Thanks to Blick Log.) The Occasional Pamphlet , June 8, 2009.  Excerpt: Comment .  This is an excellent response that should circulate at all schools considering an OA policy.  I'd only recommend that it reflect the fact, which Stuart recently confirmed, that most OA journals charge no publication fees.
