Im Jahr 2024 unterstützte der Publikationsfonds des Landes Brandenburg Open-Access-Publikationen von Wissenschaftler*innen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen. Diese Titel repräsentieren eine breite Palette von Disziplinen und sind Zeugnis der vielfältigen Forschungslandschaft des Landes. Zurzeit bringen wir Ihnen einige dieser Veröffentlichungen in unserem Blog näher.

On November 18, 2025, we’re shutting down the Open Access Button and InstantILL. These products helped to create a world where Open Access (OA) is easy to discover wherever you are, and where interlibrary loan (ILL) systems have been strengthened to support big deal cancellations. Shutting down products is always a difficult decision, but robust alternatives now exist to help ensure their legacy continues.

Wie alle Besucher:innen standen auch wir vor der Herausforderung, aus dem umfangreichen Angebot unser persönliches Programm zusammen zu stellen.

Am 23.10.2025 bringt ein Barcamp mit Impulspodium Akteur*innen aus Wissenschaft, Verwaltung, Kultur und Zivilgesellschaft zusammen. Ziel ist es, offenen Wissensaustausch in Berlin zu stärken, Synergien zwischen Projekten sichtbar zu machen und neue Kooperationen im Wissensraum Berlin anzustoßen.

Blickt man auf diese Prozesse vor Ort und wie sie sich gestalten, so fällt auf, dass einzelne Personen viel bewegen können. Strukturen, besonders in ländlichen Gebieten, sind oftmals Netzwerke aus besonders motivierten Personen, die sich dafür einsetzen, dass Ankommen und Integration vor Ort funktionieren.
