Ubicado en la capital de Coahuila, contiene uno de los acervos más amplios y mejor catalogados de la región. Abarca desde finales del siglo XVI hasta mediados del siglo XX. En su mayor parte se encuentra digitalizado, solo el siglo XX está en proceso.
