On February 1st, thousands of people across cities in Argentina and even abroad marched to defend diversity and protest against the president’s statements made at the Wold Economic Forum . Beyond women’s & LGBTQ activist groups, unions and the opposition backed the protests. As usual, all images are available openly licensed on Flickr - and they are also part of the corresponding category on Wikimedia Commons .

In recent years, interoperability has become an important concept in the field of research data management.  Discussions about interoperability have taken place in published articles and numerous presentations [1] [2], and several interoperability standards have been developed [3], [4], [5].  The term has been applied, among other things, to data, metadata and research tools.

While reviewing an R package at work I realized I wasn’t totally sure what advice to give about examples for internal functions in a package. That is, there’s an R package. The package has some exported functions, and some internal functions that are not exported.
